I was searching for apartments in Coral ...
I was searching for apartments in Coral Gables while still living in California, and to say I was overwhelmed would be an understatement. Modera Douglas Station caught my eye, so I decided to reach out — and I’m so glad I did! Chris contacted me right away, and from the very first call, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. He immediately sent me photos and detailed information, and even offered to do a virtual tour to show me around the property. Throughout the entire application process, Chris guided me step by step, making everything so much easier and less stressful.
His customer service and genuine kindness make him a huge asset to the community, and I’m really looking forward to moving in and introducing my dog!

I went over to Modera a couple of weeks ...
I went over to Modera a couple of weeks ago, and had a wonderful experience thanks to Chris. He was so helpful, informative, and kind while me and my boyfriend were there. We've been starting to look for new places to live in around the Coral Gables area, and our experience in Modera was absolutely great. Chris took us around the facilities, amenities, and even showed us some apartments that we really liked. We can't wait to call Modera our next home!
