María provided me all the assistance I needed to complete the move-in process. She responded all my messages promptly and  made the move in process easy.

The move in was a great experience and very quickly and professionally. I love the staff and team here in the office, Airelys Acosta best and most helpful and caring!

Never lease from Aventine! These people stole my money. I moved out in 2021 and to this day have not received my security deposit back. I’ve called, gone to the office personally, and been treated horribly for trying to get the money that is legally and contractually mine. Horrible, dishonest, and unreliable.

Very nice place

a lot of marijuana everywhere and at all times, apartments are old and too expensive, the entrance gates are always broken, there is not enough parking, very noisy neighbors and they do what they want on the balconies, there are too dirty people and they leave their garbage outside their apartment long before being picked up, the association is extremely expensive, this year they did not put up mulch and Christmas lights like previous years, this place is no longer charming 😔
