Parking Apocalypse: The Flat Tire Chronicles If you’re looking for a community where parking is a free-for-all, you’ve found it! The parking situation here is so bad, it feels like they hand out permanent parking stickers to anyone who asks—no questions asked. Some residents have over seven cars proudly rocking stickers, while others seem to be running a long-term experiment on how long a car with flat tires can occupy the same spot (months, in case you were wondering). Spoiler: no one does anything about it.
And if that’s not chaotic enough, cars casually park in the middle of the street for days, turning the community into a bizarre obstacle course. But security and maintenance? They’re as active as the flat-tired cars—completely stationary.
Management, please, do better. At this point, I’m wondering if I need to bring my own traffic cones to reserve a spot or just accept that parking here is its own version of survival of the fittest.
Edit: The response from this community on this post is baffling. Let’s also talk about the gym smelling like marihuana because like I said before, security is absolutely USELESS. To whoever answers to these posts. NO, I will not communicate with the HOA again. Do your job, do better, and validate your paycheck.

I have been living at Aventine Apartments for around 2, and I'm really satisfied with my time here, it is a really chill and clean, which makes it an ideal place to live in. I want to give a shoutout to Ms. Airelis for the amazing service she did offer, a very kind person and was always there to help me with some converns or questions I had. Such a really dedicated person and quite a professional performance at her job. Ms. Airelis really did make moving from my old place to here a really smooth process. Aventine had been an amazing place to live in, and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for such a good looking place with an amazing customer service, like Ms. Airelis was for me, no complains from my part!

I had the opportunity to stay in this rental Condo almost two months ago and I want to highlight the incredible costumer service that I continue to receive. Mrs. Airelis is extremely diligent, always attentive and willing to resolve any question or request quickly and efficiently. Always with kindnees and 100% availability.

The team at Aventine at Miramar is amazing the girls are all very helpful and wonderful. I needed help in switching units after my families needs changed and Brianna was amazing and helpful she was a blessing for me during hard moments . I’m forever grateful for her and the team
