Beautiful location. 2nd tour for me. First time I was pregnant and it was lovely Lavon and Chelsea were great. I felt welcome. But couldn't move as I thought. Fast forward to this year, now that I can move and cuz I had such a wonderful experience the first time I decided to go tour again and was ready to put in the application that same day. They didn't have the floor plan I wanted but that wasn't going to hold me back, what held me back was that I didn't feel welcomed I felt like a nuisance and that turned me off. LaVon and Chelsea are no longer there and the people who are there are just not my people I guess. Let's diversify the staff. Diversity goes a long way.

The leasing office is very clear and efficient with what we needed to get moved in, everyone is very nice. The location is also well kept and has a pretty walking path we are excited to move in

I had a great experience from beginning to end. Able to move in quickly. The ladies in the leasing office were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dynasty is one of the nicest people and very efficient.

This place is overrated been here for qu ...
This place is overrated been here for quite some time now & the water is NEVER HOT , the water normally stays hot for 10 minutes… u can never relax & take a bath or shower without the water getting cold fast . For $2700 I atleast expect ACESS TO HOT WATER 24/7 .. the AC IS ALWAYS BREAKING , not to mention my friend car got stolen over here I’m so ready for my lease to be up !! This is ridiculous!! Please skip over this place the RENT is crazy high

Dynasty, Lesby, and the entire staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to accommodate and help you during the move in process. I could not be happier that I choose to live in this community. Highly recommend this property to live at.
