Moving to Aviara was a very pleasant and easygoing process! All the Staff are really helpful! We applied by November 2024, and Ivete recommended a Beautiful city-view apartment! We are so happy to have this Luxury view of all the Skyline Pompano and Deerfield Beach areas! Very sunny! Our apartment is brand new, and Enrique always helps us really quickly with our Needs! We would like to thank you, Priscila. She was amazing with us with all the steps from Apply to move in! Andreza also helps us a lot to make our needs and payments smooth and work 100%! Aviara has been the Best experience renting for me and my husband!

This place completely lied. They said when I moved in the only thing I would be responsible for was internet, phone and cable. They said everything else was included with my rent. After being there three months I wake up to no electric. LIARS

They told me and many others ALL utilities were included, you just pay for your own wifi/trash.... that is a LIE. After living here 3 months, I wake up 1 day to no power during our record cold snap in Florida 😂😂 Called the front desk to ask maintenence to come out and I am now told that we have to pay utilities ans they are not included in the rent, only the "water" bill is included in the rent now. Great bait and switch, very disappointed and will be doing an in depth video review on this situation soon.
