Great apt condo with high service. huge pool, gym, private fine dining restaurant, and tight security.

The current gm thinks she  knows wat she is doing and thers nothing she can do to make the residents happy  she hardly ever is seen doing rounds  she only appears when its emergency  and complains they fired Jeff but the truth of the matter people wore more workers when he was the gm she has David to do all the talking for her becasue her accent won’t let her profoundly be understood by resident  the building looks horible they dont tell construction for due dates of projects to be finished she has The Beach Boys struggling with equipment which could be fixed by maintenance the only last one pool boy that knew all the resident that is gone  she thinks that the problem was the pool guys before little does she know that building used to be filled with genuine good hearted workers names  the building was way better managed with prior gm  if your kids are playing in the pool board member will keep a stalking eye making sure they follow pool orders it has turned to a prison  oasis  there no structure no order they fired the pool boy they had taking care of the whole building last Passover over false alegation  they won’t let him prove his innocence the whole building witness him have a  shoulder dislocation  3 months later they had him doing hard labor closing by  himself  terrible  people in control of the building now be aware when jose pool supervisor asked florencia if there any way we can minus the heavy labor she said it couldn’t be that hard mind u they dont even have the right equipment its important for the resident to stick up for the workers that make there stay on property outstanding  alot of internal corruption going on in the building

I used work in this building for. 25 yes it was absolutely gorgeous When I went to visit a few residents. I Couldn't  believe what I saw.What happened to the bulding?It looks awful I used to love to go to work there it was the most beautiful building in Bal Harbour .

Nice building everyone speak Spanish but its all good love them they love me we need more people like them around the world 🌎 ❤️ ♥️  but the live there is amazing 👏 ❤️ especially if you have the money for it huh I think that's the best place to live and retire
