North Beach Apartments

This management company is terrible. For the years that I’ve lived here they have not swapped out the washer/dryer which seems to have been here since the 50’s. They break down every week. And the managements solution is claiming that it’s been refurbished. A complete joke. I’ve never experienced such cheap lazy people in all my years. Come live here if you want constant disappointment!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Worst management I’ve ever experienced in my life. They refuse to fix our gate which entices the homeless to come sleep in the hall. When I notified the management of this you would think they cared but they never fixed the gate. Washer and dryer is constantly broken they can’t even spare a couple hundred to get new machines. Management themselves have walked into my apartment unannounced while I was showering and walked right into my bathroom to tell me they needed a photo, no emergency at all. Just doing whatever they please. I went two weeks without hot water and they don’t even have the decency to reduce the rent. The list goes on and on. I would stay far away from Kerem apartments LLC. Unless you want management walking in on you naked whenever they feel like it. Good luck and be safe out there. 0/10 would never recommend
