Wonderful experience Despite the negative reviews I did see, I had a great experience with Banyan Bay. Everyone thinks my place is gorgeous, and any issue’s that I did find was resolved the very next day. Thank you Diane and the whole Banyan Bay Team!! 😀

I love the place. The moving process took a lot of papers but Diane was helping during the process with a lot of care. When she was occupied the rest of the personal was taking care immediately. At the second day the smoke alarm have a problem and was solved in few hours. The apartment is beautiful and with an excellent vive around water and nature. Can’t wait for a barbecue at the pool. The Gym and others facilities are very clean . So happy to be part of Bayan Bay . Ahh also have an app to comunícate with neighbors, Love it 😍

While this is not the apartment complex I chose, I still want to leave a review about my experience. Naelle, the leasing agent, was VERY kind and willing to do a tour with me when I did not schedule an appointment. She was knowledgeable, professional, and so sweet to me. Thank you Naelle for your help! The reasons why I did not choose this place to call home was because the gate was open and not working. I am looking for a place that has a working gate with a gate attendant. I am also looking for more of an updated, spacious 1 bed 1 bath and I noticed that the sabal unrenovated apartment was much smaller than I expected. The amenities were okay, but not enough for me to want to live there. Despite all of that, I still had an awesome experience with the Naelle, and the leasing staff.

My boyfriend and I just applied for our first apartment together. Naelle has been a total ROCKSTAR in our application process. She has been incredibly sweet, answered all of the questions that I had (I had a few hahah!) and been so patient with us as we had a few hiccups through the process. Such an amazing young woman !!

Gated community but gates are NEVERRRRRR CLOSED EVERRRR … the ppl that come pick up the valet trash are lazy and leave trash everywhere when they come pick it up. Idk if they’re high or what but the way they drag the trash and don’t care if trash is falling out the bags is crazy…. They will look back and keep it moving. This is VERY nice community don’t get me wrong however it’s giving undercover ghetto

This is my first time moving out and during the process I went on seven tours before touring at Banyan Bay. I instantly fell in love, everything was perfect. During the application process I started to get overwhelmed but Diane made the process very smooth. She’s kind, professional and a great communicator. On my move in day she made sure the apartment was spotless  and smelling good. Im happy to call this my new home.

I am so excited to be moving into Banyan Bay ! Diane was incredible to work with, she made everything extremely easy and seem-less. I would recommend anyone that wants to rent from Banyan ask for her personally ! She answered every single question with details and went above and beyond!!

SKETCHY! I really liked the apartment, but the leasing office did not answer my emails or phone calls. However, during in person visits, they encouraged me to apply. They quoted a lower price than what is listed on their application, and said they would honor the lower price. After still encouraging me to apply, I was denied and they would not tell me why. Lost $400 between the non refundable application and admin fee! Beware, a lot of apartments in South Florida are collecting profit off of application fees while denying applications. This place is one of them.
