Colonial Park Apartments in Margate

My mom recently moved into Colonial Park Apartments in Margate, and the experience has been amazing! First and foremost, a massive shoutout to Maureen, the manager, and Zeckarias for their exceptional help throughout the entire process. Maureen went above and beyond to make everything as seamless as possible. Her professionalism, kindness, and prompt communication—whether through phone or email—were invaluable. Zeckarias was also incredibly helpful, making sure every detail was handled smoothly. The amenities here are fantastic! There’s a beautiful clubhouse with a pool, a small gym with great machines, and elevators in every building. Each floor has a laundry room, and while the apartments don’t have in-unit laundry, the recently remodeled spaces are gorgeous.
Another shoutout to Washington for keeping up with maintenance—he does a phenomenal job ensuring everything stays in top shape. The buildings are private, with access restricted to residents, and guests need to call through a phone box at each gate, which adds a great sense of security. The community has activities weekly for residents to enjoy.
Maureen and Zeckarias truly made this entire experience stress-free and welcoming. I couldn’t be happier that my mom is living in such a secure, well-maintained, and vibrant community. Highly recommend Colonial Park Apartments—especially with a team like Maureen, Zeckarias, and Washington looking out for you!

Washington is amazing . This guy always comes through when I need him. He’s the maintenance man who’s as friendly as they come and loves his job and very passionate, fast and efficient. He always explains why something wasn’t working and what he did to fix it and what we can do to prevent it and tips moving forward. I’ve never experienced anything like it and he’s so great I don’t think I can say enough but he certainly makes living here well worth every dime

My sincere and great attitude to Maureen the office manager at Colonial Park in Margate.  Her high level of profesionalism, attention to detail, attentiveness, caring and friendly attitude goes far beyond expectations.  This would not have been such a smooth transition and process if it was not for Maureen. She is absolutely awesome and because of her I know I will definitely be happy here.  Thank you so much Maureen.

So happy I found Colonial Park Apartments in Margate in my search for an inclusive living environment for my brother. Maureen and her team are AWESOME! The time and effort they put into making your experience a great one is unmatched. I really appreciate how caring, accommodating, and thoughtful Maureen is. She really cares for the residents and their happiness . The community is clean and peaceful. My brother enjoys living there. Love that they have a calendar of activities on a monthly basis that gives the residents a chance to interact and have fun. Really grateful that we found the perfect community and apartment that my brother can call home.

Very unscrupulous and unprofessional! Made deposit on apt that I did not end up taking, now can’t get my deposit back, 3 months later. When you call no one answers the phone, if you send an email you get no response. When you finally get someone to talk to a complete run around. Stay far from this place!

Your generosity and thoughtfulness have truly made a difference in my life, and I am deeply appreciative. Your warmness Maureen has not only provided me with the best service, but it has also reminded me of the importance of kindness and compassion in our world. Your willingness to go above and beyond to help me during in my difficult time, that mean more to me than words can express.
