Been here for 6 years. You're lucky if you have a working washing machine. I'm in 1850 Northeast 48th Street. Elevators were down for 2 years. It took that long for it to be even halfway fixed. And two weeks ago I got stuck in the elevator for over an hour and a half. The owner Elizabeth and her husband are slumlords. And black mold is ridiculous.

I lived here for a year and there were so many roaches in the unit. In the first walk through I saw a bug in the fridge and didn't think too much of it. The roaches were not coming out at first. After I signed the lease and went back up to the apartment, I started seeing so many roaches! They were just coming out of no where. I had to fight for them to remove the clearly infested fridge. Their pest control guys just came and sprayed but it might as well had been water. I had to hire my own pest control and did monthly maintenance out of my own pocket the whole time I was there. They claimed that they did pest control every two weeks but that wasn't true. It took a long time for me to get my deposit back when I left. That apartment was in better condition when I left it than I got it. I fought for a new dishwasher too. The people in the complex would also grill on the stairs and leave trash on the stairs and all around. They have cookouts and don't clean up after themselves. Laundry room has a weird smell and the elevator doesn't work. We had to haul my furniture up to the 3rd floor. They said the elevator would be operational shortly after I moved in but I spent the year and it still wasn't working. DONT LIVE HERE. Just spend your rent money at Tivoli in Deerfield

Won’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Bad ACs, Roaches and ants…etc

Bad management , garbage everywhere , cockroaches and lots of drugs . They have dealers living in the place and a lot of people using drugs too.

This is badness apartment ever. Very dirty

Doesn't have a proper website doesn't update their prices tells a different price for apartments every time I call seems very fishy

My dad is a tenant here and this will be his last year here. He is disabled and I have to do everything for him. Every month the staff is not available like today to take the check from me, but is so eager to charge a late fee. This is unprofessional and the option to pay online is not convenient especially when they charge a 40 fee to pay online, cause the only option it gives is to pay with your card. Not to mention maintenance is never available it took more than 2 month for them to respond  to my dad’s fuse burned out. Leaving them in the dark. These people have no humanity for the people leaving here and unfortunately i was so desperate to find a place I just took it disregarding the reviews please DONT INGNORE THIS SIGN AND DONT MOVE IN!!!

This is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. Feces come up from the toilets, showers & the plumbing outside. It’s absolutely inhumane. If you chose to live here I HIGHLY recommend  an exterminator because it is roach INFESTED. There’s even roaches in your mailbox, absolutely gross. The parking lots, the walkways, the staircases, everything is dirty. The laundry rooms are dirty and the washers and dryers barely work. Save yourself from a terrible lease and do not live here. There is also mold in the bathrooms and on all of the vents.

The worst thing is the bathroom and bathtub fills with water until it overflows and they never fix it or change it. We signed the contract and they gave us everything that was ugly in bad condition. And it's still like that. And apart from that, they raised it. To rent and they don't fix anything
