It is now a DIVE, bought from Rich by "RAM" (Rental Asset Mgt.) who has RUN IT INTO THE GROUND. Several apts. can't be rented because THE ROOF LEAKS and they don't want to fix it. Totally GHETTO... avoid at all costs!
