Is called the ghetto condos on the beach!

I agree with the other reviewers about this being a third-world building!  The grounds of the International have not been updated since the 1980’s and the building is falling apart.  The Air Conditioning unit in the studio we rented was extremely loud and did not blow out cold air at all.  All of one’s wet items from the beach will remain wet because there’s no a/c. The pool is depressing and faces a parking lot.  The bathroom was extremely cramped and there was no water pressure.  This studio was not worth $265 per night 😦.

Only thing nice about this place is the beach. Rooms smell like mildew/mold from the LOUD AC unit over the door and beds are extremely uncomfortable. After one night, my asthma is going crazy. Not worth saving a few dollars to sacrifice one's health.

Not buying the stellar reviews of this place. We got a decent room and access to the beach is great, but the International is not far from being third-world. The exterior was not clean and not maintained. The loose cables and zip ties were a nice touch though.

Great facility in the heart of Pompano Beach.  Beautiful beach area, secure grounds, heated pool.
