Bay Garden Manor 1250 West Ave

Im ashamed I live here. Worst apartment. Imagine waking up with loud construction noise right on top of you everyday at 8 in the morning. It had cause me mental health problem and sleep deprivation. Headaches everyday. No matter how much I clean the house everyday, molds and roaches will appear inside your apartment. No hot water for days. Wall paints will continuously peel cause of humidity from ac not working most times. Hallway carpet is nasty. Roof in hallway is leaking with water everytime it rains. Sadly, I can’t break my lease cause the landlord said I have to pay a certain fee cause I didn’t finish my lease.

Great location in South Beach, in a quiet residential area.  Direct views of Biscayne Bay.  Friendly neighbors and staff in the building.

in the heart of sobe great place to live

Been living here for 8 months and here is the good and the bad. Good: the view of downtown from the "W" columns are spectacular. Pool area is nice on hot days. Location is central in South Beach.
Bad: building is falling apart, property management team SUCKS!!! Funky smells throughout the entire building, a/c constantly needs fixing, sometimes no water, and frequently no hot water, you're not allowed in the common areas after 11pm which is illegal of them to do, dryers and washers are TERRIBLE they don't dry in one cycle and it wrinkles your clothing, water pipes are old so they constantly leak, elevators are not reliable, and many more surprises await.
