Stay away from this building. The board is horrible. They live away for half of the year and the manager and maintenance guy are not allowed to do anything. The board is mainly comprised by very old people and they think that only their age group is allowed to a say. If you have a bike, you’re screwed. If you have kids, you’re screwed. Their rules are very dumb.
Their bike rack has been broken for months and it is way too small. Sauna has never worked. Pool has failed numerous health inspections. The side garage door does not work most of the time.
