The new board is fantastic and educated ...
The new board is fantastic and educated and working very hard everyday. There is a new saltwater pool, new cooling tower, roof, parking area repaved, new bike area and motorcycle parking and so much more that has changed for the good. Most importantly it is a wonderful community. Neighbors are like family. The location is right on the beach in the exclusive sofi neighborhood.

Safe, quiet, and an amazing South of Fifth location where the beach is literally your backyard. The new board members voted in in February 2024 are making much progress with the improvements needed to pass the 40 and 50 year recertification. New pool and pool deck with an outdoor shower finally opened. Great community, neighbors, and location, location, location!
