French family on vacation in Miami and fans of the Dexter series, we wanted to see Dexter's apartment... Unfortunately, I think, victim of its success, access is now impossible (which I understand for the owners) Still worth doing for fans of the series!

My friend Dexter's apartment is here. Actually I haven't heard from him for a long time

We came by to see if you can see the Dexter apartment.  You really can't.  Their is a big gate that blocks it. People around the area don't want to even mention Dexter.  It is a cool spot , but it is best to go elsewhere for memories of the show. The location did look beautiful.  That photo was the best that I could get of the apartment.

Unable to enter to visit Dexter. Would've loved to, but we understand. They have a person posted.

My neighbor Dexter turned out to be a serial killer. Really nice guy too. On occasion he would have me over for dinner. His sister Deb was hella cool. He offered to take me out on his boat but I had to decline. The guy loved donuts.

Sad it’s all run down. Dexter’s old apartment is abandoned. Door is rotting off and the windows are sealed shut. The building seems to be all 55 plus. When I was there not one person was outside.
