View is amazing and place is clean (hence the second star) But I am giving a low rating because of noise.
The people who live here have no respect for their neighbors, there is banging on walls and floors, hammering, loud music, car alarms at all hours. Property manager does NOTHING to resolve. Person on floor above me has a treadmill which i hear every morning before 7am.
There are notes in elevator often, expressing a noise complaint,.
Property manager knows about these issues, and still nothing is done.
The residents are professional and mature adults, yet it feels like a dormitory. What a shame such an easy problem to fix if a notice was just sent out.

I have lived in this building for 8 year ...
I have lived in this building for 8 years, it is very nice. Well maintained, the neighborhood is very safe, the neighbors of the building are very decent and honest people, it is a very central spot, it is half an hour walk from the beach, it has a supermarket in front, 20 minutes by car from downtown Miami or Aventura
