Favoritism where I live and neglectful on renters needs within the building.

Great place to live. So quiet. Really, it's comfortable to live there

They really outdid themselves recently, parking was almost impossible before, but now its literally impossible. They just sent a notice today canceling all assigned parking and only one car per unit. They completely eliminated open spots and visitors spots which means now people have no where to leave their cars. Also to add fuel to the flames they gave almost no notice, leaving us a letter at 5pm telling us by the end of the day we had to move our cars out, and that they were completely removing the system they had in place for parking. Charges everyone an outrageous maintenance fee only to be taking away amenities as apposed to adding them. It's no secret that they have a partnership with the local tow company and this seems like a quick cash grab for them to take tenants money by instilling a lastminute policy that not everyone will get to be notified in time. Avoid this place at all costs or else it's going to cost you a fortune.

Too many cockroaches...don't move here, no matter how clean and tidy it is, your house will still be full of cockroaches.

Smells like a died raccon
