Bayview Regency Apartments by Lowkl

We had a nice stay. It was a pretty nice room. We will definitely go back there on our next trip to Fort lauderdale. We loved the single floor and court yard outside the units. We had this little guy wanting to come in.

Apartment was super clean and easy to check in and out. The location is perfect as it’s walking distance to Lauderdale by the Sea Beach. Lots of food choices near by. 10/10 would recommend.

This is a mixed review. Good: Location. Customer service willing to help.
Bad: far more run down than the photos would lead you to believe, bad smells abound.
I had ignored my gut about this place after looking at the reviews. Most of the negative reviews were from over a year ago and there were more positive recent ones.
Unfortunately, not much has changed since those negative reviews. The first room we were assigned had a really bad “fish” smell in it. Literally everything was stained: couch, bed linens, etc. We had to stay there the first night as no one was there to help us.
Management was generally helpful and moved us to another room that smelled of cigarettes, but was slightly less run down than the first room. At least the room and bed linens were clean. At that point there was no point moving to another hotel as it would have cost us 3-to-4 times more as it was a last minute booking.

It was terrible, there is no administration in the place, we were next to the laundry room and at night people were hiding to smoke and that would enter the room. The smell of marijuana is impressive and we were left with children. There is no one to complain to in the place, they don't even have a person during the day, I do not recommend this place

Very good and is just as shown in the photos. Quiet and spacious

We stayed here at the end of December in the one bedroom 2 and half bath for a couple nights. As with most of Lowkl Apts, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Again, the bath tubs are old and outdated, but function and clean. I wouldn't lay in them for a bath. The apt was clean, and does also have a pool area. Close to main street for walking to things, beach about 15 to 20 minutes walk
