This hotel is an absolute disgrace! The pictures on the website are much nicer than the actual rooms. We shared a two bedroom apartment and there was not enough seating in the living room area for four people The internet service was never available the whole time we were there
The rooms are very dated and smell stale
I would suggest staying at this location would be the biggest mistake you would could make

Avoid these places like the plague! Definitely not worth the money.

The only good thing about this place is the staff are friendly and helpful when trying to help sort through the long list of things wrong with this place. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. It’s rundown, not well stocked and dirty. The pool is cold and it’s on a very busy street. There is no laundry in the units. The pillows and bedding are low grade and disappointed overall. They refused to provide any type of compensation despite all the downfalls.

Bayview Regency Apartments This place was lovely. I believe the unit we stayed in did more than what we needed. Upon entering the unit, first, there is a vast living room that is nice and spacious. This living room has a flat-screen television, a coffee table,  a study table, and vinyl plank floors. Adjoining the living room is the dining room with a table that seats six. There's also a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and fridge. This unit is a two-bedroom. The Primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, and a small flat-screen television with a full bathroom and two standard closets opposite each other. The other bedroom has two full-sized beds and a flat-screen television. Each room in this unit has a different remote to operate lights and ceiling fans. Some of the things I disliked were the painting over the tiles in the primary bathroom and tub, the outdated oven-stove combo, and the bathroom vent not working. One feature of the unit I must highlight is the keyless access to the unit. Each unit has its own secure Doorlock. Each member has a four-digit code, and the owner can access the units remotely.

Terrible hygiene. We found almost one roach a day (killed 9 roaches over 21 days of overnight stay), although we were careful to always keep all doors and windows closed, throwing out the garbage twice a day. House always smelly, from the first to the last day.
Terrible customer service: I had problems with the laundry because not having an American SIM, I couldn't activate the account to manage the washing machines and dryers online (the only way to pay and activate them is via mobile application); I was told to contact application support and wash my hands of it; which I did via email anyway but they never responded to me. Luckily a neighbor was able to lend me a hand and solved the problem (couldn't they have done it?).
Another problem was the neighborhood: although I was lucky enough to have found this good person who helped me with the laundry problem, the rest of the condominiums were made up of extremely rude people who often (especially on weekends) organized "parties" in the swimming pool with loud music and shouting (louder than their own music) until 2 in the morning. One of those evenings I was about to call the police.
Accessories in the house: the kitchen has just 2 pots, 0 pans, 4 plates and 4 glasses. If you want to cook something you have to make do with cosmic nothingness. Difficulty even making an omelette! Also missing placemats.
The last sore point is the swimming pool: very dirty, I've never seen anyone wash it or take care of it (I own an in-ground swimming pool, so I know very well what its maintenance is). If you want to avoid plague or cholera, it's better not to even set a foot in them!

Awful experience. Beware, especially if you get an apartment on the ground floor.
The apartment was spacious but only partly renovated. The stove is rotten and one bathroom had a painted bath and the paint was peeling. There was no water in this bathroom after the first day.
The AC dis not work for 2 of the 3 days we started. Maintenance eventually came and has to use a hairdryer to defrost it.
We resorted to using the other bathroom. It was renovated and seem to be in good condition.
However, on day 3 sewage started coming through the shower. It flooded the bathroom, part of the bedroom and the living room. It took hours to rectify the issue.
We asked to be moved to another room  but got no response.
The worst part is after fixing the issue, no one came to clean the apartment. They just expected the AC to dry the floors and we stay. It was nasty and unsanitary.
We left the same day and found another apartment. The food thing is that we had booked through Airbnb, so we got a refund for the night.

I had an awful experience renting at Bayview Regency Apartments during my stay in Fort Lauderdale. The apartment was FILTHY and the SMELL was UNBEARABLE.  The smoke smell was overwhelming!!!!. Within five minutes I called the customer service number and explained the condition of the place. I couldn’t stay there because one of my children and I were so physically irritated by the smell. I had to relocate my family to a new hotel. They would not refund my money. I do not need a fancy accommodation but this was deplorable. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Very spacious place for a large family.  The place was very clean and accommodating for me and my family. I will definitely stay again when I come back into town.
