Very nice and quaint location with beautiful views and nice residents. This building attracts some very positive energy keeps its Art Deco roots but still keeps modern conveniences where they need to be. The surrounding area is going to be much more quiet than some other hotels in similar settings so be ready to appreciate that. The Club levels are amazing! #fortlauderdalebeach
