Poorly maintained. We moved in March '23 and every month the elevator in Bldg 4 has broken down. It last broke down 2 months ago, and we are still "waiting for parts". The excuse has stopped being credible. No update since Sep 19 and no reduction in rent offered for the inconvenience of having to schlep groceries and other things up the stairs for 2 months. There have been repeated incidences of people not picking up after their dogs, along with one incident where a mess was left in the apartment corridor. I have seen large iguanas walking the corridors of the ground floor and even trying to get into the elevator. The corridors flood when it rains and we have to watch our step. There have been several complaints of people partying late at night by the pool. Had they told me the truth about the dodgy elevator, I would have never moved in. I would move, but with the elevator being out of order, it's going to cost me more to do so, plus the whole breaking of the lease thing. Counting the days to the end of the lease. Initial review: beg of October 2023 Oct 15 Update: Two weeks later and the elevator is still out of order. No update from management since Sep 19. The situation is being ignored and I don't think there's any intention to repair the elevator. I will continue to update to bump up review and to document the poor maintenance of the elevator. When I finally move, if the elevator is out and I'm charged more, a record will exist for me to take to Small Claims. I've also been taking a daily picture of the elevator being out of order for documentation.
