Beach Walk at Sheridan

Unfortunately, I would not recommend anyone to move into this community. You receive the bare minimum for how much money you pay in rent. 1. There is a huge roach and spider infestation problem. Not just in the units but spider webs all on the ceilings of the first floor building. It literally looks like a haunted house.
2. Property itself is unkept. Duck and dog feces everywhere.
3. Theft problem. Someone has stolen multiple items from my porch and when reported to management they did not address anything. Other buildings have also had issues with stolen packages.
4. Maintenance does the bare minimum. There was supposed to be a preventative maintenance inspection in which they never came to my unit. When I told the management office they never came i was gaslit and told they came to my unit but I was there all day so I in fact knew no one came.

Above and beyond!

Avoid at all cost, even if it’s your last resort don’t move here. The elevator never works, they have to fix it 300 days out the year. When I moved in the ac wasn’t working and there was mold. In addition the apartment had roaches and I even encountered one of the big ones! Management is terrible and they tow your car! Don’t move here!

Excellent little community

I highly recommend Beach Walk at Sheridan! From the warm welcome to the exceptional service, the staff made our experience truly enjoyable. They were transparent, friendly, and incredibly helpful, providing us with plenty of valuable information. We felt well taken care of and appreciated their professionalism.

Do not live here, this complex is on its last legs. Issues past year:
1. Flooding/leaking
The entrance becomes completely submerged during a normal thunderstorm, we were blocked in for multiple days. The hallways are flooding and there is water leaking from the floor above, due to the age of the building im worried it will become unsafe sooner than later. Management refuses to do anything about it.
2. Gnats
Do not live facing the water, we were unable to use our balcony from February to November due to the gnat problem that, again, management refuses to do anything about. There are hundreds, literal thousands of gnats swarming you the second you open the balcony door.
3. Duck leavings
There are ducks that live in and around the complex and there is duck poop everywhere you walk. We even had a duck visit our balcony the first month and routinely would poop all over our belongings. Management refused to take any action.
Again, do not live here. It's not worth the rent and issues with flooding/leakage, gnats, and animal leavings.

Great customer service ! Nice, patient, and super helpful !! Melissa and Brianna and others were great and Connor from the specialist team is amazing and helped me so much! Everyone made it an easy smooth process.
