i've been at oak gardens lane over a year and it has got a lot better  with ashley and ribot. ashley listens and takes action when needed

Its the first time in a Long time that I see maintenance picking up the property. I've been living here over 10 years and I'm so grateful for Ashley and Ribot. They actually listen to your issues, care and resolve it all. Thank you for all you do. Me and the residents thank you!

I’m a Very Pleased Tenant with the management of the property by Ms. Ashley and the Performance and Repairs by maintenance Ribot that makes my Living More Pleasant at the Property!!!

Let me start this off by saying that i have loved my time here. As a person coming from Chicago down here to Florida, the location of this complex is perfect. 5 minutes from the beach and near every shopping store possible. Amelia, in Management is amazing! She’s so understanding and makes you feel valued. The maintenance men are like annoying big brothers (lol). They always do a good job at making sure everything you need is taken care of. Even asking you when they randomly see you in the lot! HOWEVER, my issue comes in with the termite issue. Feeling like you have to have an upgraded apartment to not have the some of the issues I’ve experienced since moving…makes me really sad. I had an upgraded studio before moving into where i am now and my experience has be a complete o180. NOT with the people. But the apartment it’s self. With these standard units i almost wish i had a disclaimer about the difference.  I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH THAT ITS NOT THE PEOPLE!  LOVE IT HERE!! Just not the bugs. I don’t see myself leaving because this place is amazing but goodness!!
