Bell Pembroke Pines Apartments

DON’T REPEAT MY MISTAKE JUST CHOOSE ANOTHER PROPERTY. We are about to relocate to Florida in next 10 days from Virginia. As we currently live in Bell Partners property in Reston and were quite satisfied we decided to find smth on their web site.
So we found Pembroke Pines and wanted to lease 2bd apt there for 9-12 months. Before starting application process online we just wanted to speak to someone from there to ask small question: which side windows are facing and is everything will be the same as it represented on the web site. So it’s 5 min talk and they would make a sale.
As a result we spent 5 days trying to contact them. Me and my husband filled out forms on the web site with a call back request, we made around 20 phone calls, we spoke to 5 different employees from call center of Bell Partners (Marlin, John, Rane and other), to a supervisor as well but he was absolutely  unable to help. They promised someone from property directly will contact us, but anyone ever did. So some people from call center not in the property answer a phone call but they can do just nothing.
Me and my husband emailed them from two different accounts, but some Lea answered once and just stopped doing that for the next email. I don’t think it was a human though.
During this time price for the apartment went up by $200.
Also on the web site was a possibility to book a virtual tour. But when time for a call came they told they’re not providing a virtual tour.
Also that people from a call center told that apartment 09-308 is available but it wasn’t available on the website and even if we wanted to apply without conversation with property employees we just couldn’t.
For each phone call I spent around 30 min. They are keep asking the same contact info and not able to check it in CRM by phone number.
This is all just disgusting. And I feel terrible about the waste of time.

Excellent experience renting for the past 2 years at Bell Pembroke Pines Apartments!  We had a 2/2 apartment which included a one car garage.  They allow dogs, include a dog park, have a walking trail around the complex, and a nice lake/preserve view in the back with a fire pit.  The amenities are great!  Very good location, close to Costco, shopping centers, etc.  The front desk staff, Crystal, and our maintenance manager Milosh respond quickly to requests and are very nice and accomodating.  Highly recommended!

Everyone who leases here is thrilled with all aspects of it aside from the elevated rent, which is no fault of management. It’s the fault of people who keep moving to Florida. Oscar and his team are true professionals. My stay there was a pleasure!

There is no customer service here. Terrible treatment.

I really enjoy living here. I waited a couple of years to write my review to test it out. I am renewing my lease once again. I love everything about this community. My daughters and I have no issues. We feel safe here. This community is the best in my rental experience. Luis, Oscar and Crystal are exceptional in all aspects. The best leasing office I have ever dealt with, such a pleasure.

Living at Bell Pembroke Pines Apartments has been an exceptional experience that I would gladly repeat if the need arises in the future. One of the highlights of my stay was the unparalleled service provided by Oscar Salgado, the Assistant Community Manager, and the entire maintenance team. Their attentiveness and responsiveness to my needs were truly remarkable, showcasing a level of professionalism and courtesy that went above and beyond. Whether it was a minor request or a more significant maintenance issue, the team's quick and efficient handling ensured a comfortable and hassle-free living environment. This positive aspect of my residency has left a lasting impression, making Bell Pembroke Pines Apartments a place I would definitely consider moving back to.

I have to say the professionalism, compassion, customer service that Mr. Oscar Asst. PM and Mr. Luis PM offered and delivered to me was exceptional!!! I had gotten really ill still recovering and Mr. Oscar and Mr. Luis worked with me in difficult circumstances. They went beyond and more to help me resolve the issue at hand! I appreciate you both! I can sincerely say I can call Bell home! Thank you gentlemen for all you did for me! This is a great place to live, you can rest assure you are in good hands and the apartment as well as the community are always well kept. These 2 guys are your go to, they don’t just say they act on  customer service! I love it at Bell and you can always call it HOME!

Milosh from maintenance is fantastic. He did a great job today with a few minor repairs that I had requested, and then on his own noticed a broken switch cover plate and replaced it! Anytime we have needed maintenance the staff is very responsive.  Oscar in the leasing office also has been great,  kind and very helpful!
