Bellagio Condo

My cousin currently stays here and omg! The pool is disgusting, and roaches visit to say hello in the broad daylight. My cousin house always smells like bleach and linen and her house is fairly clean and is decorated really nice. The termites are even worst. I visit at least once a week and in one visit I’ll see about 8-12 roaches. German roaches and the ones with the big black dots. It’s more babies than anything. Look at how clean her sheets are. She doesn’t even eat in her room. And when you turn in the bathroom light, all the roaches scatter, it’s crazy. Why are they in the bathroom?

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS CONDO!  It's expensive, they raise your rent all the time, it's dirty, the pool doesn't work, the city has closed it several times because it's dangerous because of how dirty it is. THE ENTIRE CONDOMINIUM AND APARTMENTS are infested with rats, cockroaches, worms and many other vermin. I myself had to go through the horrible moment of removing a huge rat from my bathroom that entered through a hole in the wall due to the poor condition and dirt. of the building. Not to mention the bad smell inside the apartments and the hallways of the building, the apartments are super old and in terrible condition, you can hear all the noises from all the nearby apartments all the time. And the worst thing: they are trying to steal the $3,500 deposit I made when I moved in, claiming that I did not notify within the established time of 60 days before leaving the apartment, which is a complete lie. They are scammers, thieves and dirty. DON'T MOVE, don't live this bad experience.

Mold , rats , roaches , no maintenance replies, without ac for a few month , drug deals on premises,  Loud behind fire station, multiple city violations constantly. Extrke water and garbage charges and the list goes on. Not kept common areas , laundry, pool , stairways,  hallways, come see fir yourselfs

DONT NOT MOVE HERE . THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES , TERMITES AND RATS!!!! THERE IS MOLD HERE . PROTECT  YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY BY NOT MOVING HERE !!!!

Roaches everywhere

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! They added so many charges to my portal since my lease is almost up and will do anything to get your money. Constance showed us the apartment and got upset that we were reading the contract and was rushing us to sign it since she was “very busy”. Not to mention the day we were moving in she was in such a rush that she left the keys somewhere on the property for us to grab without giving us all of the keys. The place is INFESTED with termites, rats, and german roaches which are almost impossible to get rib of. Since I have lived there, my daughter (who is 9 months as of right now) has been getting BIT by these termites more than once and when I mentioned it to them all they said was “put in a maintenance request and we will handle it” and they never respond to the requests. They never answer the phone or email and if they do answer your call, they transfer you to someone who will neverrrrr pickup. It’s ridiculous at this point how unprofessional they are and how disgusting the place is. Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE IN!
