The Tides at Bridgeside Square

Is perfect, The neighbors are very friendly and always willing to collaborate. It's an incredible environment.

I lived there for a year. 2021-2022. Prices tripled after one year plus HOA as well.  The ocean view (east view) and location was 5 star. The ac compressor in building broke constantly and heat too (winter months.) The management and front desk are RUDE rude! Shooters restaurant across the street (west view) had gun 2 shootings in 1 year. The carpet in hall ways smell of dog urine. Senior community exclusive.

Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse in the most noisy building south of NY City, a woman on the 14th floor north of the elevators had her two dogs running around the hallway unleashed. They must have got into an altercation with another dog that resulted in a loud ruckus.  I opened my door to see to the left of me someone with a dog on a leash and she, big round glasses with two unleashed dogs, going crazy in the hallway.  I had to restrain my dog and ultimately locked him in the bathroom to keep him out of the situation.  I told her to get her dogs out of the hallways or on a leash and she receded into an apartment to the right of me.  She then returned offering me a bag of coffee beans — as if something so trivial would “brib” me not to report her to the association.  First, someone’s dog could have been seriously wounded or even killed by these two dogs (my dog is only 4.5lbs) second someone on the floor could’ve been bitten by one of her dogs.  I don’t know who this woman is but her behavior should be fined by the association.

The Tides is one of the best buildings to live in Fort Lauderdale, offering a lot of amenities with low monthly maintenance payments. Their secret? The building has lots of spots to rent to the restaurants customers. This fact makes the building reserves ($) so, the owners have no surprises ($).
