Older buildings, price's are a little high. But, all rental prices are more.

It is a unique space in Aventura. Super ideal location: 200 meters from the largest shopping center in all of Florida, surrounded by centers of all categories: educational, health, 10 minutes from unbeatable beaches, train station to Miami 1000 meters away, bus service at the door!! !  Apartments overlooking a 20,000 m2 lagoon with varied stable poultry fauna. What more could you ask for?

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID 1ST FLOOR PLEASE If you plan on moving into this Building. 2nd or 3rd floor will be fine but AVOID the 1st floor. Due to the insane flooding that hit Aventura June 12th 2024. EVERYONE'S 1st floor condo including mine unfortunately got destroyed from the whole thing. Very traumatic situation to go through as I lost all my furniture in the process. Giving 3 stars cause it is fairly nice. The people are nice, the super attendants have helped whenever I needed help with something but unfortunately you gotta avoid the 1st floor.

Very well maintained, permanent security, impeccable pool, parking available for guests, privileged area!

Such a shame to have such a beautiful community to be run by unprofessional, close-minded and rude people like for example,Omar Besada.
