They never pick up the phone and they never have availability. The people who do the booking for the Solaris are rude AF.

No one answers the phone. So frustrating. I tried 5 times today.

I have lived on this property for almost four years. It is very nice, the apartments are very comfortable and it has a good price for the area in which it is located. Now I am also going to say my complaints and annoyances. Almost 4 months ago, a 3-bedroom apartment became vacant and they offered me if I was interested in the apartment, which I accepted since there are 4 of us in a family and we were a little cramped in the two-bedroom apartment. To make the transfer I had to give a deposit of 1700 dollars plus 300 dollars just to change apartments 309 dollars ok. Then the manager who at that time was Andrea tells me that the contract starts on April 27th to which I tell her why not from the first day to which she tells me that there is no problem because she will pay me back. the money for the days that I already have paid in the apartment where I lived. All that was fine until then. She gives me the keys to the new apartment, she does not give me the same nor does anyone receive the one I was giving. After two months and eleven days, I came to receive the check for the fund of apartment 606, two months and 11 days, gentlemen, and when I received the check, they deducted from me nothing more and nothing less than 247 dollars, an apartment that we delivered clean than my wife. and I spent an entire Sunday cleaning it and when I complain to Andrea for that amount of money for which I do not agree, she tells me that it is because of the dirt that we left in that apartment and the amount of broken things that we left behind and when I ask her For the two days that I did not live in the apartment, he told me with his very hard face that you had broken the contract, so I had to pay it in full. After that, I complained to him and what I received was arrogance and lack of respect from that person. I have tried and called to be able to make my claim but it has become impossible, or rather, they have made it impossible for me and I have no choice but to express and claim in this way. I have many more things to say but now I don't have time, I have many more things to complain about but I'm going to wait for someone to give me answers first.
