In this condo they BOTHER for EVERYTHING

I had planned to rent in apartment 104 but I have declined my offer, since the owner is not a man of his word, apparently, I have met several people who rented there in different years and near the place and with their opinions it is really not worth renting that apartment. I hope my opinion can help someone else.

To anyone who is interested in renting in this condominium, I suggest reading the comments because they tend to be very helpful. My experience was actually very bad with the owner of apartment 104. My family and I decided to rent in this place and since we rented here everything was problems, starting the contract I only gave 24 hours to sign it and without discussing it, I was guaranteed a newly remodeled apartment and the truth is that I got carried away by appearances, a few hours into debt the problems began, they began to come out of the air conditioning hatches cockroaches, the switches mostly don't work, the power outlets mostly don't work to which I never had an answer, I was waiting a whole year to repair them, with so much insistence they only changed the one in the kitchen and I wanted it to be the cost Halfway through, less than a month later, I began to have problems in the Master room with the plumbing, all the waste from the 4 floors above came out through the sink, disgusting to be honest, I had to make several complaints to him, all the complaints were always in good shape and I spent approximately 3 weeks to have it fixed and the current used to fix it I had to pay out of my pocket, the current in the house is super unstable every time it is connected to 2 devices, say 2 stove outlets, the current goes out and I spent about 3 months bothering the president and vice president of the place to connect the breque, when he found out that we were leaving he started to manage the arrangement, the air conditioning was torture, you can't lower it to more than 73 because It freezes, until now it has not changed, attentive, it always treats you with cordiality but it is part of the strategy, I could say that the paint in the house was worn, the baseboards dirty and with corners, the refrigerator grills broken, the bathtub painted that as soon as they bathe a few times they leave, and the best for last, on the day of handing over the apartment they demand more from you than they had, they tell you that they don't want to keep anyone's money but it's pure show, in the end I ended up painting the apartment, leaving it cleaner than when it was there and everything was ok, and when it came time to collect the deposit, it was spent according to the painting, mind you, my criterion is that you reconsider if you are thinking of renting in this apartment, if you still want to rent I advise you to take photos and videos before starting to live and during the process because believe me you will need them, I advise against renting but I wish good luck to anyone who tries it, the writing is long but believe that I summarized it, otherwise The condominium itself is quiet, the current presidents are good people and there is good security, a little excessive at times but safe.

I do not recommend moving to 104 if you want to collect your deposit. I gave the apartment in perfect condition to the man after having lived in the heat for a year because the air is broken, it is super old, he is going to pay a millionaire's money, he never fixed it and yet he is renting it in the same conditions. IT DOES NOT COOL Half of the power outlets, the vast majority of them do not work, he barely changed only 1 and he wanted me to pay half the cost of labor for something that he delivered in poor condition. I had a problem in one of the bathrooms that the water from the drain was entering the closets, we were like this for more than 1 week. I had problems with the power when installing some appliances, the house was left without electricity and we had to call the association staff to fix the breaker, it took more than a month to solve the problem. When he gave us the apartment with a blown light bulb, he even gave it to us and the bathtubs are old, he delivers them painted as the weeks go by, the paint falls off and his flaws come to light and that's why he didn't want to give me the background either, when we delivered the apartment after he said that everything was fine he went to his real estate and sent me a notification that he had had painting expenses and other damages which is not true because I painted the apartment doors and everything, I gave it to him painted and clean

I had a bitter experience with the owner of apartment 104. The apartment never had air in optimal conditions, I couldn't turn it down even at 73 F. The entire year I was going to change it and I never changed it, I had problems for more than a month with the current that could not even put on 2 stove burners, we had to bother the president of the association on several occasions and at night. When my contract year ended, I delivered the apartment painted and clean, yet on the day of delivery he told me that everything was ok and about a week later I sent a report of alleged damages to the apartment and he did not return my fund. Likewise, at the moment he has it for rent and saying that it is newly remodeled, EYE, I DON'T CHANGE AIR, nothing has been remodeled, proof of that. I delivered it on October 31 and the bathtub will be delivered painted, but as the weeks go by, the enamel is worn out. how old it is, it's going to come out

Location, location, location. The place is clean, good neighbors, close to malls, FIU, expressways, etc.

Blue Grotto in Fontainebleau is the worst place to live no privacy from the CRAZY security especially the blond old lady Eliana (chismosa y grosera) always wants to know everything when you have a visitor coming over and always with a nasty bad attitude!!!! I just Decide to copy and paste this comment!!! I believe this person feel the same that we all feel in this building. I was just a visitor because I have a patient there, she even asked the patient's name!!! What kind of professional is she. I believe the security in this building is the worse, that person run after every single visitor and leaves the door open for thieves. THAT IS REALLY BAD. Administration should pay more attention to this comments section that as I can see more than one person have the same opinion. Nothing else to said Just be careful with this lady.

This complex is the most unprofessional community I have ever lived in. The association has individuals that seem to have no education or understanding of the law. They violate the law on a daily basis. The association does not respect the people that pay for them to be able to even continue to run. Please do not move here. The people that work for the building are involved in every aspect, which is a total violation and honestly out of their place to do. I had to get the police involved and the law. I am educated and know my rights. Therefore please do not move here.
