Only reason why I have placed a 1 star review is because I can't simply put no stars.  The HOA President is a tyrant who like to abuse on innocent, elderly condo owners who have been residing in the same location since 1989.  The HOA president took it upon her herself to remove handicap spots to another location that is not stated in the original Articles of Incorporation or By-Laws.  she has also taken it upon herself to demand the removal of patio furniture such as umbrellas, furniture and a BBQ that is clearly is allowed by the By-laws.  The property management office is never available to take calls from the unit owners  trying to request pertinent information to the property owners. Additionally, the buildings lack proper maintenance for example the garbage is thrown all over the place without any regard to the other property owners. If you like to live in a community that is being governed by a tyrant than this is your place.  So much for coming home to relax after a long days work to have to deal with the HOA and their tyrant president.  My opinion stay away from this place.
