Boardwalk Apartments

Horrible they don’t upgrade appliances the walls are cracked in the bathroom and floor tub always clogged only thing they know how to do is cut the grass and paint the building but want to raise up the rent and hire new management with rules I will never recommend no one to live there kitchen so small fridge not up to date and stove is old saying it’s new which it’s not just horrible

DO NOT rent from them!! Shady company

This company took this apartment complex over about a month ago. Almost immediately my water heater exploded into my downstairs neighbors apartment as well as my own. The water was turned completely off. These people didn’t do anything to fix or turn my water back on for almost 6 days (a full five days). When i confronted the “property manager” she was indifferent. I told her that if i was late with rent there would be a penalty, when they don’t do anything there is no penalty. Her response was “well why would you be late?” These people don’t seem to get that they get paid for a service. Instead they are rude and demanding and treat tenants like garbage. I would suggest finding some place else. These people are the amber heard of property management.

Place is decent for price,... But the neighbors are so disrespectful, playing surround sound system all hours of the night, plus you can hear a penny drop in the hallway.. very noisy..make complaints to the office and never do anything about it, not even a notice or warning,.. tired of calling the cops!!

Dropped off a friend that live there the apartment was cute and the grounds were well maintained
