Renaissance ll Condo

This place needs new management!!  Everything stays BROKEN in this building.   I observed the so called manager (Rodney Davis) sleeping on the job many times and nobody cares.  The board doesn't address issues that matter.

The management in this place is awful!   Everything takes forever to get repaired, and some things stay broken.  The hot tub has been broke for months.  When I asked Rodney Davis (the manager) about this, I never got any sensible response.   He tells me, "When I get around to it," the last time I inquired.  People are paying a lot of money to live in this building and should not have to be subjected to this kind of treatment.  One time, I tried to ask him a simple question about my father's mail, and he told me, "Be quiet, you talk too much woman".  I just don't understand how someone so rude, ignorant,  and incompetent is managing this building.   The board needs to get their act together and put the residents first.  Hire people who can lead and get things done.  Not people who are incompetent, rude, and lazy.
