10/10 recommend this complex. The maintenance team is responsive and quick to fix any issues that arise, and the staff at the leasing office is friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the quiet and peaceful environment, making it a great place to relax after a long day. Would recommend to others looking for a convenient and comfortable living space!

Such unfortunate that i have to make this review, im a easy person don’t really like to complain at all but this condo is a joke, i’ve been there since begin of the year and been trying to fix ab issue that they dont care, they say they’ll service the trees and it never happens, i already tried contact the manager but im guessing they dont care, found a spider on my car from the dust and leaf of the parking they gave to me, other residents have the sane issue and they been parking on the middle of the street, they said we can park anywhere or the car get towed, anyways if you want a nice condo that care about the residents DO NOT RENT HERE, im ready to move out once my contract is done, learn from others mistakes and check the reviews, they’re nice before you rent, after they just dont care at all !

I strongly do not recommend moving to Boca Colony. After living in this community for only nine months, I have more complaints than positives. First, our apartment has been plagued by severe ant problems that neither maintenance nor pest control has addressed seriously. On top of that, our AC broke multiple times, leaving the apartment at an unbearable 88 degrees. This was especially concerning as my roommates have asthma, yet maintenance refused to fix it in a timely manner until I threatened to escalate the matter to the authorities. Maintenance issues are never taken care in a timely manner!!  The community itself feels unsafe. There are no security cameras, and the complex frequently reeks of marijuana. The apartments are poorly maintained, with thin walls that do little to block noise and cheap renovations that look good at first glance but lack quality.
Adding to the frustration, the leasing office is difficult to deal with and unresponsive to residents' concerns. Overall, Boca Colony is poorly managed, unsafe, and not worth the stress. The sales and service teams are great!   The maintenance crew is very polite and prompt in any requests to repair or replace items in the apartment.

My family is very happy to live here in Boca Colony.  We have nothing to complain about, the workers are always available and friendly.  Above all is the manager Johanna, always willing to help and who gave us security in living here.  We certainly recommend this condominium as a friendly and welcoming environment.
