Avalia has been an amazing place to live! Everything is conveniently nearby—great schools, beautiful parks, and all essential amenities within reach. One of the standout features is how promptly and efficiently every request is handled, whether it’s a minor fix like a light bulb or something bigger—the response is immediate. I’d also like to commend the exceptional staff who make living here even better. Lee, the newest team member, has quickly become incredibly knowledgeable and involved, making a positive impact right away. Brihanna and Sophia have also been outstanding—friendly, professional, and always eager to help.
Overall, Avalia offers a wonderful combination of convenience, excellent service, and a welcoming community!

Live in Avalia is awesome! The manager Sophia is very attentive and kind. All the employees are nice and very helpful for all the requests. All the spaces are clean and organized at perfection. Live in Avalia is very safe for everyone, kids have a lot of spaces for play with their friends.
