Living In Avalia for 3 years already. An ...
Living In Avalia for 3 years already. And we love it!!! Maintenance is done really well and fast. Community is very clean and good looking. Special shout out to the property manager Sophia Binda. New year, and other events are always fun! Neighbors are awesome. The best rental community in Boca Raton!

Really beautiful place love the kitchen very modern and club house. Only minus is the price it pretty expensive and there are no grounds really feels like your living in a parking lot like most apartments in south Florida

Brianna is the best - she's been very helpful in our visits as we make a final decision on the best community where to live. Highly recommend working with her! Frank and Carlos in maintenance are amazing as well!

Best Community and Management ever! Soph ...
Best Community and Management ever! Sophia Binda is one of the most warm and helpful property managers I have ever spoken to. Her and Brianna are extremely responsive and hard working. Me and my roommates are first time renters attending FAU and they have been able to assist us with anything we needed for over two years and two leases in their townhomes , and now in their apartments for another year! Sophia's effort to make any situation better (even in a stressful and financially hard time like switching units) is the reason we will continue to renew our lease here. Avalia and Bozzuto genuinely want to make our living experience the most pleasurable it can be!

We love living in Avalia! We moved here ...
We love living in Avalia! We moved here in 2020 and what was supposed to be a 1 year lease, here we are in 2023 and we just signed for another year! It has everything we are looking for and then some. Super safe, which is a huge plus, especially with kids! Thank you, Avalia for making us feel so at home in this beautiful community!
