This is a great building, undergoing renovation at the moment but run beautifully. The handyman Jimmy is the best, always willing to help...he's been working there many years and then there's Kathy Goldweber who runs the building. She is amazing and does a phenomenal job between juggling the reno in the building but all of the tenants and their issues. I am at the building almost every single day and watch her handle workers, contractors and a million other things without being frazzled. Also, handling tenants contractors who are working on their units and permits etc. She has been a miracle worker for me overseeing my cousins construction in his unit and advising me throughout. I admire her so much for her patience and knowledge! Truly a gem for her company.

Beach front condo. Nice and quiet place. Walking distance from multiple restaurants and bike rides.

The most undervalued, underrated Condominium complex in all the Atlantic Ocean coastline in the state of Florida.

Nice place to stay nice pool Beach panda condominium just happened to be building another condominium right beside it's a little noisy.
