Emerald Tower

Went to help a friend of mine paint his grandmother's apartment. The building's old and tired but they are working on renovating it It's an interesting layout The lobby supposedly was just renovated and I'm at a loss for words as to figure out how?  If they think buying new furniture is renovating okay whatever It's still tired looking. They have a nice club room that has been recently updated I don't know It's claustrophobic in places yet the hallways are wide. For some reason they thought it would be a good idea to close off the second entrance into each apartment that seems a little weird but you know hey what can I tell you So I don't know that that was legal and I can say that honestly because I'm on the board of my father's condo I also understand that the board is not exactly well let's put it this way It's typical Florida condo board You figure out the rest. but you can't beat the location

The woman manager of this place, calls Lucy is rude, does not respect people, is terrible, and does a terrible job.  Do not live in this condo, because she will make your life hell.

Excellent place that is extremely well maintained, private beach and spacious condo units.  Reasonably priced units for both rent and for sale.

Clean but dated
