Briarwinds Condominiums

This is a wonderful place, I loved living in this condo for a year!!!

They need better pest control. I thought my apartment had roaches. I put down sticky traps by my door just to see, sure enough they were coming from the outside. I also caught some spiders.

..... The lack of pest management is absolutely absurd. Rodents in trash room. Webs COVERING balconies that have been recently cleaned. Giant spiders in the trees on the lot and on cars. Don't move here!!!

Briarwinds Condominium, Foster Company (its property management company) and the HOA are terrible. They represent the corruption in housing policies in Miami-Dade County. HOAs should be abolish as they do nothing positive for communities that's why they are always on the news. Avoid buying or renting here.

If you hate wolf spiders DO NOT move here. I have a friend who lives in the complex and decided to visit to get a feel for the area as I eventually want to move. I parked my car in a guest space overnight. MISTAKE. The next morning I had two wolf spiders nestled in the corner of my driver side mirror. My friend said they often find spiders on their car and in the trees and they've gotten used to it. Needless to say I will never move here unless they start taking pest control seriously. Seriously what is an HOA fee for if you're overrun by pests? Update: there was a 3rd one INSIDE the car.
