Nice and quite building. Recently very good friends moved in and they have had a great experience. From the HOA and of course her realtor . They have moved in and when we visit the place is tranquil, quiet and well looked after. Meaning of course what we can see, such as well trimmed bushes, well maintained grass, the buildings do not look like others HOAs have neglected. The few neighbors we interacted with were friendly and respectful. Very 😊 nice
