Nice but the rules and management are bad, we have a huge beautiful pool with bbq with tiki bar but the management says kids are not allowed to play in the pool with pool toys only with floats (specifically for the arms and body) not for playing, my kid was crying when security guy came to enforce this non sense rule! feels like a woke mind building going to call Trump to bring sense! Lol just a joke but honestly what a bad rule, manager mistake!! Oh I remember not a nice Lady either.

The most beautiful thing I have seen in Miami

I lived in this apartment for seven months, and it was an absolute nightmare from day one. The building was under continuous construction the entire time, and it severely impacted my health. Toxic chemicals were constantly in the air, and I could feel my health declining because of it. The noise was relentless—there wasn't a single day without the sound of drilling, hammering, or other construction work. To make matters worse, the work was done unsafely and possibly illegally, with exposed nails and unsafe conditions visible in the hallways. Safety was also a major issue. The building frequently saw domestic disputes, including an incident where someone was throwing glass plates onto cars and balconies, putting everyone at risk. I never felt secure here, and it was far from a peaceful or healthy place to live. I cannot in good conscience recommend this apartment to anyone. It’s simply unsafe and poorly managed.

The association manager is so rude, Cornelia. And the staff is awful. Never get responses to my emails. It’s very clear they’re buying fake reviews too.

I love my condo here at Brickell Key, there’s just maintenance almost everyday.  Also elevators are slowwwwwww.

The worst management and Association. I have been asking for my deposit back for 2 months and I still do not get a single call back or reply to my emails, even though they received a notice 3 months in advance. I work as a realtor and even if I have clients that would want to buy in this building I would tell them not to. Front desk is amazing but everyone else in the office does not know how to do their job!
