Brickell City West Rentals is a wonderful place to live. I have had nothing but a great experience living here this past year. The apartments are spacious and worth the price. The amenities are great. Very nice pool, gym and rooftop terrace. The people who work here are very helpful especially the building manager Iris. She is very helpful with anything you need, always willing to accommodation , and very kind. If you or somebody you know looking for somewhere new to stay this is definitely the place .

I just move in and it’s a pleasure living here! The communication with leasing office is excellent! They always rerun your phone call and help you with the application! It feels like at home here! The apartment complex has a wonderful loving atmosphere, and everyone is so nice!

The building is a joke iris is a joke the building is filthy it smells like dog piss residents threw garbage on the floor in the trash chute nobody puts the garbage in the trash chute I complain to Iris multiple times she did nothing about it she only cares about you if to do a review on her for Google to make her look that's all she cares about they complain about every little thing in this building and they do little to nothing they turn the visitors parking spot into a trash dump dogs piss the security guards let anyone in the the building is not s things get stolen from the building 247 IRIS IS A HORRIBLE MANAGER SHE DOES NOTHING BUT LIE .....THE RENT IS EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON AT ALL DONT MOVE HERE REGRET MOVING HERE

This area is not Brickell. Developers are lying to you this is the hood Little Havana. Brickell is on the other side of the river 1.5 miles away not even close!

I’m looking for a place to live, seeing the programs they offer for our hero’s such as firefighters, nurses all first responders, including teachers and staff of public schools, it has brought warmth to my heart. More apartment companies need to do this. Thank you for giving our hero’s a breath of fresh air in such a time.

6 months ago I moved with my family to this community and from the first day we were able to appreciate the welcoming and efficient environment that exists here. Although not everything is perfect, I feel very grateful to Iris, the manager, for always being willing to solve any problem. She is a woman with an overwhelming and quite effective personality. Without a doubt, she knows how to do her job. On the other hand, I live very happy in this community since the maintenance team is always there to help you and the common area maintenance team keeps everything impeccable and always makes sure the property looks as good as possible. Last but not least, I can say that I feel safe where I live because the guys at reception and security ALWAYS do their job as they should and are attentive to any situation. Finally I want to highlight that this is a very family-oriented and quiet community, it really is as if we were all one big family. Don't think twice to move here, you won't regret it!
