This is a not very flashy but quiet place near the Miami River.

Nice quiet building. Gated parking with onsite manager. Has elevator to all floors.

Rent is raised yearly from 75-150 without notice on till lease renewal date. Rent is due on the 1st if not they charge you $50 late fee. The apartments are in serious need of renovations, all the utilities are outdated and second hand acquired and walls have been patched up over and over again. Any maintenance orders take any where from days to weeks and is left half way as you can see from the photos. worst of all management randomly enters your apartment for fumigation and random water leak checks all without informing you that they are doing so. They also conduct property maintenance without notice to tenants.
