By far the worst rental company in Fort Lauderdale! I rented from them for 6 months and had problems from the beginning. Shortly after I signed my lease, they became rude, non-responsive, and unprofessional. My apartment needed numerous repairs and replacements, including broken doors, old shower curtains, drawers, and light bulbs, as well as electrical problems. They said they would fix all of the issues, but they failed to do so. I reached out to the manager multiple times, submitted repair claims through their website, and even scheduled appointments, but they left me waiting on numerous occasions. I ended up fixing most things by myself.
When I informed them that I was moving out, they never responded. When I attempted to schedule a move-out walkthrough, they never responded. I ended up going to their office, where the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional.
They failed to return my deposit timely per Florida statute, never made a timely claim against my security deposit, and took no action until I hired an attorney.
I finally got my deposit back 6 weeks after I moved out.
Objectively a terrible experience.
