10X Las Olas Walk

Welcome all irresponsible pet owners! FINALLY a building that understands that we are just too busy to clean up our fur babies’ cute little poos (and OK, occasional ugly big ones too :). It’s traumatizing enough for our bundles of joy to leave the safe space of their strollers to do their business. Can you imagine if we made them suffer further on the harsh conditions of the sidewalk while we spend an agonizing ten seconds scooping and bagging their precious gifts to the community? Thankfully 10x Las Olas Walk Management is happy to let our pomerpoodlelabrapeepooitzus leave their mark wherever they like without any interference. This even includes the interior hallways and stairwells—such a time saver for us!!! And rest assured there are no invasive security cameras ANYWHERE to make our angels feel self-conscious in their most vulnerable moments. I can’t recommend this place highly enough if you never want to clean up after your dog again. I would give five stars but there is only one true star at 10X Las Olas Walk—the excrement of our pets! So many pics to choose from and I’ll keep sharing.

Sofia, our agent, has been very helpful every step of the way.  Looking forward to moving in soon, and updating with additional positives!  Update: the building is very nice and we are enjoying living here.

This is an amazing property and has all the  things I want in a property, but the management of this building is the worst of any apartment that I’ve lived in over the last 30 years.

I've had the pleasure of living at 10X for nearly a year, and it has truly been a fantastic place. Victoria, Beyonce, and Naisha have been a delight to work with, always attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a move to Fort Lauderdale!

The Department of Justice and Attorney General in 8 states have filed lawsuits against RPMLiving, alongside with RealPage the company that has colluded with other property managers to systematically increase rents in cities across the country. Google RealPage Lawsuit & RPMLiving.
Do not live here and avoid any building that uses realpage.
