Camden Atlantic Apartments

I just moved in and have to say it was a seemingly easy process. Robert and his other staff members were always accessible and answered any questions I had. I was out of town and they were able to assist me with everything I needed.

We moved into Camden Atlantic last month and Robert was our leasing agent. We were so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and how friendly he was that we decided to lease without looking at any other apartments. Robert has followed up several times to make sure we are happy with everything. We love our apartment and the complex! The common areas are well maintained and clean.

I've been eagerly anticipating since 3 months into my lease as so to warn people before they get sucked in and deceived by the fancy infrastructures/designs of this building. Simply said, it's a beautiful property for nothing. Between the false promises and lack of care by the entire staff, once you're locked in and they receive your signature, the section 8 tenants they allow who have no regard for the community - most leaving the common areas filthy and nearly uninhabitable. The gun violence/shootings, hallways infested with stenches of weed and insane noise levels especially during sleep hours, you'll be paying mortgage and luxury living prices for a 'bottom of the barrel' experience. Run as fast as you can. And don't fall for the 5 star reviews, they got me with those and the extra phony, first impressions by management too. Speak to the people who have actually been living there for months to a year and you'll find out the truth. This is by far the worst living community I have ever had the curse of residing in. If I could leave zero stars I would. Let's start with management. Majority of the employees live there as in incentive in their package, so they literally do the bare minimum work in order to take advantage of incredibly discounted rent rates as compared to what the actual tenants pay.
The tenants they approve to live there are a poor representation of they community they advertise. There was a robbery at gunpoint there a few months ago, in which the man was shot and taken to the hospital. Scariest news to hear, especially for people who pay what we pay hoping for safety & security. There's always some shady business occurring in the garage parking lot. Some nights it resembled a gang meet and I'd turn around and find somewhere to go to pass time because I'd have anxiety flare-ups just to get past the gate to go home.
There are also no designated parcels, so your packages are highly likely to get stolen. Especially if they see it's a larger item.
I'm exhausted just thinking about the year I've had there and am truly so grateful to be through with this place and their staff.

Unfortunately, my application wasn’t able to be  processed at Camden Atlantic in Plantation due to a very minor identification verification that could have been resolved. I received a call that my application wasn’t able to be processed and then the very next day I was called and asked to bring in 3 forms of identification. I arrived and provided my ID, social and passport. After about 10 minutes of Jennifer “attempting” to enter my details manually , another leasing agent (who I was not corresponding with) approached me at Jennifer’s desk saying again how they aren’t able to process the application because of “system issues”. All after my information had been exposed, very suspicious in my opinion. The whole ordeal has left me uneasy and disappointed. I most certainly feel as though more could have been done regarding my leasing attempt.

Robert and Sydney are absolutely incredible! The office is extremely helpful and professional! I’ve been living here for almost two years and I love it. Thank you guys for everything that you do!

Beautiful apartment

As a resident of the condo, I have had the pleasure of interacting with Sydney in the office. His professionalism and attention to detail are remarkable. She is always willing to help and strives to make the residents' experience the best possible. I have noticed that her positive attitude and dedication are evident in the way she accomplishes her tasks, so I am confident that Sydney would be a valuable addition to her as a manager in the condo office.

Sydney, the Leasing Consultant, is fantastic!  Recently walked in for a tour of the property in search of a rental for my sister.  Sydney greeted us with a big smile, provided us with a detailed overview of the property, amenities, and a tour of the unit.  The building is beautiful, but to be honest, Sydney tipped the scale for us, making our decision a no-brainer.  Terrific attitude, extremely poised and professional, Sydney is an excellent ambassador for the property!
