Camden Atlantic Apartments

Recently I moved to Camden Atlantic, and it has been a great joyful delighted pleasure as Camden Peachtree City, Georgia years ago. However, I visited this property last year in November and was very impressed with the cleanliness throughout the building and the location with different amenities. More importantly, the customer service has been exceptional in different departments, such as, Ms. Sydney, Ms. Shenique, Mr. Jorge. Mr. Damian, and Mr. Carlos, and etc. Thanks for being proactive and respond promptly to meet the needs and expectations of the customers, in which, I notice it. The hospitality has been exceedingly stellar with everyone. Furthermore, Mr. Damian is very astute in his exceptional qualities to effectively solve technical hardware problems and other issues to enable desired action after dealing with customer service. His humble personality is amazing and thanks for a job well done. Also, any organization will love to have Mr. Damian impeccable skills and ethical principles on their team.
Finally, it is a plethora of shopping centers, outlet malls, restaurants, park, international airport, historical museum, grocery stores, and etc. Again, thanks for a collective effort in excellent customer service!

Jennifer is amazing!! Had a tour here today and she is just the best. She took her time to explain everything to me, show me many different options, went over pricing, etc. the community is BEAUTIFUL btw!! Just 100/10 . Love it Edit: I had to edit my review. I thought I was in a honeymoon phase but I am very truly impressed with this community. It starts at the top. Jennifer is amazing and goes above and beyond for us. She really does. I got the smallest unit but it fits a queen size perfectly. The amenities are always well maintained and clean. Your neighbors are great! Everyone really minds their business and coexists peacefully. I haven’t seen any drama or funny business here. This is a 180 from a previous apartment I lived in. I was so traumatized, I was about to purchase a condo. I’m glad I didn’t, because I would  have missed out on this, and gotten stuck with crazy insurance and taxes.. this place is a great place to live while you save up to buy, finish school etc, or even long term living. I personally like it here, and I’m very picky. The way from the start, Jenn kept saying this is your home, she really meant it. I feel so at peace here. My cortisol levels have dropped tremendously and that’s from great amenities and a no chaos community. Oh and first time having a garage and I love it. Never getting wet when it rains. Parking on the level I live. Balcony is HUGE. You don’t see your neighbors, thank Gosh! Ugh amazing. I love it here. The best part is, drug and smoke free community. Hard to find in soflo.. thanks Jenn!! P.s whatever your paying Jenn it’s not enough. Honestly if it weren’t for her I was done with renting after my previous experience. I WAS SO DONE. But Jenn made everything so easy and really sold me the property. Honestly whatever she sells me I’d buy at this point. THIS IS WHAT RENTING SHOULD VE LIKE EVERYWHERE. 5/5 ⭐️

I just had a very pleasant conversation Jennifer Dase. I had been having a noise compliant issue and as soon as I reported it to Jennifer she went above and beyond to get it addressed. She is understanding, positive, extremely helpful. You can tell she truly cares about the tenants in the building. We’re so grateful to have her!

I received impeccable client support from Jennifer Dase today. I have had my share of bad rental community client support, but today definitely renewed my hope in community client support. She was knowledgeable and provided effective solutions in a timely fashion. I am glad to know that the community I call home has a great management team.

The Camden Atlantic has so far exceeded our expectations! The complex feels like resort living with its beautiful interior, amenities, and especially the staff. I must mention Jennifer Dase as she went above and beyond in making our move in experience delightful, easy, and smooth. She made sure we were happy with our apartment selection; guided us through each step of the application; and even contacted us afterwards to make sure we were comfortable. I definitely recommend this outstanding and exquisite property, which is located in the hub of Plantation with so much to offer. You will feel like you’re in paradise by the pool or enjoy the quietness after a long day.
