Nova Central Apartments

Great place to live. Leasing Staff is great. Kayla and Erica. We take pride in our community here and love the quaint features, walkable neighborhood and collegiate/ family friendly.

Second review: This place deserves zero stars. The office staff is incredibly rude, the sprinklers damaged my car, the plumbing constantly clogs for no reason, and the toilets come loose from the floor due to backyard remodeling. It’s a complete disaster. I know they’ll respond with the typical, “Please contact the office so we can fix this,” but that’s nonsense. They hired a lawyer just to make it difficult for me to get reimbursed for the damage to my car. They suggested I try detailing, but that didn’t work. They said they would pay for repairs if detailing failed but now have their lawyer making up excuses as to why they won’t pay. My headlight alone costs $4,800 from BMW—why should I be responsible for that?
They’re just trying to avoid taking responsibility again. And be prepared bright and early on Saturday mornings when the gardeners get grass and dirt all over your car, even inside the gas tank compartment! Save yourself the time and money—don’t move into this run-down place. If you have any issues, they’ll hire a lawyer to fight you, even when they’re clearly in the wrong.

Avoid this place at all costs. It looks so nice before you move in, but soon after you’re met with problem after problem. The plumbing is over 30 years old and clogs for the slightest thing. The ac only cools one room and the rest of the place is an oven. The crazy part is they know about these issues and continue to deceive people. But wait, there’s more. The sprinkler system caused severe damage to my paint. The quote I received was 20,0000 to repaint my car and change out the damaged headlight. They asked me to please detail my car to see if that would fix it. I agreed, but never did it because they offered me a credit off my rent if I agree to sign a liability waiver. Right. They did the same thing when I had to pay $100 in an Uber to and from work because the office neglected in properly registering my rental car, which resulted in the car being booted! To top everything off, the lawn people blow dirt and grass all over my car every time they come. I have even asked them not to and they ignore me. Oh, and let’s not forget the constant smell of drugs permeating the air all around the property.
So if you want to smell drugs, have clogged plumbing, no ac, and have free damage done to your car, look no further.

Honestly ever since the management has changed this community has spiraled. Robin was previously here and stayed on top of everything!! Erica is so rude and seems to have very little to no knowledge on her job. Alexis as a property manager does not stand to her title.  The valet trash is a waste of money they pick and choose when they want to pick it up, pool is never clean anymore, animal waste is not taken care of, parking is ridiculous a guest can only park 14 times out a year if you go over that you get booted, the random added on fees are ridiculous for example the mail room which is always unlocked, the grills and fire pit that don’t work. This list goes on unfortunately… if you are considering living here wait until management changes and someone with property experience runs this place.

Honestly I currently live here and what I can say is that I hate the guest parking . They only allowed your guest to register 14 days every 365 days. After it’s gone you can’t register your guest anymore which ridiculous!! You must wait a whole year to be able to register that vehicle again … So my guest car could get a boot on it .  I paid high amount in rent and my guest are subjected to getting their car booted because of this ridiculous policy . This needs to change ASAP ! 14 days ??? Why is it not unlimited like most apartments , nova is not even luxury to do doing all of that

Bad management

Avoid this place do yourself a big favor. The management is just horrible. Very glad I left
