It is the worst decision if you are looking to live there, I have several acquaintances who have had to move due to the poor parking service. I come during the visiting season and they have towed my car while parked in the visiting park even though I was paying. They have towed my car and the excuse is that I am not in the correct park and several comment that there is a plot for this situation, and you try to talk to the office and it does not resolve, the advice I give is not to move here, it is the worst

CAUTION: Visitors Beware of Vesada Doral Apartments and Southside Towing & Recovery! I had a terrible experience visiting Vesada Doral Apartments due to their unethical parking and towing practices. The complex is partnered with Southside Towing & Recovery, and together, they seem to operate a deceptive and predatory business.
The parking situation is highly misleading. There are no clear signs indicating "Permit Parking Only"—only some spaces marked as "Reserved Parking", while others have no markings at all. This gives visitors the false impression that they are allowed to park there. Meanwhile, there are a few visitor parking spaces, but they are hidden at the far end of the complex, difficult to locate, and require online payment. There are no visible signs guiding visitors to these designated areas, yet the towing company’s contact information is clearly displayed.
My vehicle was towed at 9:30 PM, despite arriving after 6:00 PM and leaving before 10:00 PM. I had to pay $145 to retrieve my car from the towing company, which also takes photos of vehicle registrations—another concerning practice. It is evident that Vesada Apartments profits from every vehicle towed, as this is a gated community, making it questionable who calls for these tows in the first place.
It is absolutely disgraceful that Vesada Apartments and Southside Towing & Recovery are taking advantage of unsuspecting visitors in such an unethical manner. This is not just an inconvenience; it’s a well-organized scam designed to extort money from people. If you're considering visiting or living here, beware of their deceptive and predatory towing practices!

The parking situation here is highly unfair. Many residents and outsiders park illegally near curves, making driving hazardous, yet face no penalties. However, as a resident of 6 months, my car was towed for not updating my decal from a paper plate to a permanent plate. The towing company charged $468, refused any discount, and used vulgar language, saying, “This is business—take it up with your leasing office.” This double standard and abusive behavior are unacceptable.

The campus is disgustingly unhygienic, with dog poop and pee littered everywhere, leaving a foul smell that’s impossible to ignore. It’s especially alarming for young children who play here, exposing them to unsanitary and unhealthy conditions. The lack of cleanliness is unacceptable and negligent.

The towing company verbally abused me, charged $400, and coldly said, “This is business—don’t beg or cry.” Despite calling 911, even the police couldn’t help. This exploitative and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. Residents deserve better than being treated like criminals over minor issues.

The 4.2 rating seems highly misleading. After speaking with ~10 residents, it’s clear everyone is frustrated with the numerous ongoing issues. All recent reviews are 1-star ratings, which reflects the true state of this community. The inflated rating doesn’t match reality.

The towing situation here is appalling—cars are treated like criminal property over minor oversights. The towing company operates recklessly, endangering residents. Recent reviews reflect widespread frustration, with nearly all recent ratings at 1 star. This needs immediate attention.

Frustrating Experience with Constant Issues: I’ve been staying at this apartment in Miami for a while now, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory due to several ongoing problems:
Parking and Towing Issues:
After getting a new car, I was provided with a temporary decal and sticker. However, when I updated my permanent plate, I wasn’t reminded to get a new sticker, and I also forgot. Instead of a simple reminder, my car was flagged for towing. The towing company they use is extremely reckless—I witnessed them nearly running over someone while towing a BMW. This is unacceptable and unsafe.
Elevator Problems:
The elevator breaks down every 2 months, forcing me to carry my two kids down from the 5th floor to the ground floor. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially when trying to get them to school or daycare on time.
Unhygienic Campus Conditions:
Dog poop and pee are everywhere inside the campus, creating a terrible smell and an unhygienic environment. This is particularly concerning for small kids who play around the area.
Vendors Harassing Residents:
Vendors frequently knock on doors to sell products, which is intrusive and unwelcome.
Poor Complaint Handling:
Every time I file a complaint, the receptionist misplaces the form, and I have to follow up multiple times. This lack of organization is frustrating and shows a lack of professionalism.
Overall, the management needs to address these issues urgently. The lack of communication, poor maintenance, and unsafe practices are making living here very difficult. I hope they take these concerns seriously and make improvements soon.

I moved in approximately a month ago, the best location in Doral, my rental professional was Janice Santiago, excellent, the best!
