Not enough visitor parking also the visi ...
Not enough visitor parking also the visitor has to pay for the parking and if the visitor comes after 10:00 good luck finding a spot to park, or risk to pay a $50 dollars fine and also getting your vehicle towed (because that’s their easiest solution for them) Also the community only allows 2 guest in the pool per apartment

Hi VictorThank you for your review, in regards to your concerns about the community and guest parking. We have 26 guest spaces available free of charge from 7am to 7pm seven days a week. Our priority first and foremost is to our residents and making sure that we provide them parking, we offer guest parking, there are some communities that do not offer parking for guests. As per the residents lease in our community as well as others we have a limit to how many guest are allowed in the amenity areas, this is done to control any unwanted trespassers or possible issues arising from from large gatherings that may go out of control.
