I recently had the pleasure of touring C ...
I recently had the pleasure of touring Camden Plantation with the sweet young lady in the office. I believe she was the manager. I toured a 2/2 unit and she was very informative, knowledgeable and patient with my million and one questions! They are renovating apartments as they become available so I definitely recommend checking them out.

I want to say I wouldn’t have moved here ...
I want to say I wouldn’t have moved here if I didn’t meet and sit down with Nicholas. From the first day my boyfriend and I met him he’s been nothing but a blessing. I want to say thank you so much to him because no matter how many times I have questions or concerns he’s always a helpful listening ear. We truly need more individuals like him in this world.

I've been living at Camden Plantation fo ...
I've been living at Camden Plantation for nearly two years now, and it's honestly the longest I've stayed anywhere since owning my own home. This place is a hidden gem in Broward County, conveniently located just off I-595 but still close to all of South Florida's best spots! The community feels incredibly homey, especially with the spacious townhomes that come with garages. My neighbors are great, and the office staff, always so helpful, really make me feel welcome. I especially appreciate the two pools, two grills (one charcoal and one electric), and the free printing in the office. The maintenance team is outstanding, and Jerry is a standout – my work orders are always fixed on the first go. I couldn't be happier here and highly recommend Camden Plantation to anyone looking for a great place to live!
