Camden Plantation Apartments

We have been living in Camden for more than 3 years and the truth is that the quality of attention to solve problems is getting worse, I have been renting a garage for more than 6 months that was assigned to me far from my apartment and I have been asking to move for more than 3 months to one near my apartment since we arrived late from work and we need to occupy the parking lot, the manager's disposition is blasé when it comes to helping resolve this issue, every week we have asked for the change and they have not resolved it, no There has been no willingness to resolve this issue.

Camden management services have been great at maintaining the standards and policies of the community. Mrs. Luciana has been very helpful in explaining and directing me in any concern. She cares and is very easy to get in touch with her office whenever needed.

Shootings and break ins people partying with loud music on weeknights. No security. Trash everywhere. Unknown charges upon moving out. Musty,moldy apartments. Not enough staff. Need I say more??

Shout out to management at Camden as well as Jerry the maintenance man you guys are awesome they replaced my broken shower head with a brand new one after there was a little bit of a disaster with the last installation Jerry came back and brought me a brand spanking new beautiful shower head with almost like a hotel type of a shower head perfect thanks so much Jerry and Eve you guys are definite assets to the community as well as Camden in general thank you so much

This has been the worst place I have ever lived at and I have only been staying here for 4 months. When I applied for this apartment I asked the leasing agent can I see the apartment where I was soon to move at she told me no I wasn’t able to that was the first red flag. Than when I moved in I had to inspect to apartment second red flag soon as I entered my unit going up the stairs the walls and stair way handle was filthy like the didn’t paint and I go to the kids room one side of the wall is filthy also the closet door was filthy look like blood was on the doors also all of the closets in the house doors was off the hinges. I went to the office to let them know before the 24 hour timeframe they give you here it is today none of those issues was resolved third red flag. Also they charge for LITERALLY EVERYTHING LITERALLY. Than on top of that the towing company DOES NOT GIVE WARNINGS you can literally just be getting out your car and they towing your car time you go in the house. I regret moving in these raggedy apartments let’s not forget their maintenance team sucks my first month in my unit the washer started leaking all on my carpet and took them a week to come fix the issue. But you can’t be late on that rent they want they money or else the late fee is 10% of the rent a day. CAMDEN IS RIDICULOUS DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

Extremely unsafe. Lately, Break ins every week, shootings got usual, people drinking on the parking lots (parties every Saturday) . The office response is not enough. They would say to call the police if you see someone smoking weed on the pool on the weekend. There is not any type of safety measure on public spaces, even after knowing of all these incidents for MONTHS.

Not a safe place to live with family.

Staying here since last 3 years. The community has very poor rating in dealing with service requests.. Staff sitting in the leasing office are only interested in talking to you at the time of lease renewal but if you go there with any other concern they simply ignore. My dishwasher is not working since last 2 weeks. They took 2 weeks time just to figure out its under warranty & now I need to wait another week to get fixed by Whirpool. This is just one example but I get the same customer experience whenever I raise any service request. I have spoke to the people in leasing office several times but there is no change. There were multiple shooting incidents occurred in the community. We tried requesting management to improve safety measures multiple times but they showed zero willingness to take any action.

More than 3 months waiting since a reported that my stove and oven are not working properly, today nothing was done yet. Shame on Camden Plantation.
In general you always have to 'fight' before your issues are resolved.
