10125 apt 204 and 303 were neighbors of mine while I lived there back in 2023. Somehow we got connected through our wifi didn't know what it was I thought my phone was hacked so I was looking to try to access the issue though the neighbors and all I got from both units were name calling I have no idea what caused the issue and looking to resolve it but I just got like was mentioned all kids of bad names through walls constantly, I knocked on doors and no response. I moved out due to this and was never told what  the issue was (IN THEIR APARTMENTS). The issue is still ongoing like I mentioned I moved out. Still ongoing, I get named called all the time very low in the background though my phone, tv, etc. Still don't know what caused it. It is the worst experience I have been through with human beings.

It looks nice and lovely place to live.

My landlord was amazing, I have nothing to say but good things, however, Juan Tirado the “manager” is the WORST EVER. He’s extremely disrespectful and literally do NOTHING to resolve an issue. He has no matters when talking to you. I still have no idea how someone like that “runs” a community.

Great Afternoon, Juan I briefly spoke with you about my property damage to my Audi Q7 from your yellow cones. I just wanted to send a follow up from our conversation so there’s no misrepresentation or miscommunication. On the phone I discussed the damage to my vehicle and your response was “ so because you don’t know how to drive it’s my fault”. Instead of addressing the inadequate amount of space between the call button and your cone. I asked again to repeat your statement and you did. According to you,  you are the acting property manager and have no intentions of investigating the matter. Before I move forward with seeking legal ramifications I would like to be sure I did not misunderstand you.
