My landlord was amazing, I have nothing to say but good things, however, Juan Tirado the “manager” is the WORST EVER. He’s extremely disrespectful and literally do NOTHING to resolve an issue. He has no matters when talking to you. I still have no idea how someone like that “runs” a community.

During night time park even worse

Great Afternoon, Juan I briefly spoke with you about my property damage to my Audi Q7 from your yellow cones. I just wanted to send a follow up from our conversation so there’s no misrepresentation or miscommunication. On the phone I discussed the damage to my vehicle and your response was “ so because you don’t know how to drive it’s my fault”. Instead of addressing the inadequate amount of space between the call button and your cone. I asked again to repeat your statement and you did. According to you,  you are the acting property manager and have no intentions of investigating the matter. Before I move forward with seeking legal ramifications I would like to be sure I did not misunderstand you.
