The apartments are spacious, economical, and well-updated compared to sister properties. However, if you are of Hispanic origin, you might have a better experience here. For everyone else, the treatment is disappointing. The reception staff are dismissive and condescending when asked basic questions, while maintenance employees seem to be on a power trip, prioritizing certain residents over urgent issues.
Customer service is virtually nonexistent—calls to the office go unanswered, online requests are ignored, and emails are never acknowledged. When visiting in person, the staff’s attitude is unprofessional, making residents feel unwelcome, as if they must earn their attention.
It’s disheartening that our homes are managed by people like this. The staff behave as if they are above the residents, despite living in the same community. This is income-based housing, not Section 8, and certainly not the ghetto—yet they treat residents with little to no respect.
The entire staff needs retraining, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, manners, and basic human decency. No one should feel disrespected or unheard in their own home.
Overall, the lack of respect and accountability from the staff is unacceptable.
However, if you can navigate past the gatekeepers in the office who seem to pick and choose who gets processed, this can truly be a beautiful place to live.
