City Vista Apartments

HORRIBLE, MOLD issues, pest issue, they CAN NOT keep a manager or front desk staff. I have bee here for 4 years & will not be renewing. In the 4 years there has been 3/4 property managers, new staff every time I turn around as well as the maintenance staff. Nobody knows what they are doing, ignorant, rude, unprofessional. 0 stars if I could. DONT MOVE HERE

The complex is not bad but mold is all in these buildings messes up your furniture. No one wants to pay for it in 2021 I discovered I have mold in my bedroom they put me in a hotel for two days 2023 mold returned all they did was clean out my vents, messed up my furniture and my bedroom I moved in this apartment and 2018, but it take months before day. Take care of this mold is an issue here no I did not renew my lease this year which is 2024. I can’t take the mole problem and that’s my biggest issue with City Vista.

Do not move here! The mangers ( more  so the two women working in the front because you can’t get in reach with anyone else )and everyone else is extremely rude and don’t keep personal feelings and business separate! The apartment had an infestation  that went on for almost 14.  they had a mandatory pest control service but that didn’t even work . Within a month of me living here my car was broken in too  TWICE.  when asked ab the footage ( because there is a camera right where it happen) they never gave it to the police department! I had homeless people sleeping on my balcony and stealing my things off my porch ( eventually everythin was took except a table) they have a new maintenance man every other month expect the 1 older guy and he had to be the nicest person I’ve interacted with out of all staff(no one can even stay employed here ) please take my word it’s a nightmare.
