Carib Villas Apartments

I don't know what the people before my review are talking about,  but I have been here going on 5 years and have not seen things that way at all. I get up everyday at 4am and the place is quite.  After 6 pm you never here anything very quite. No robbery no crime at all. Great place to live I would never have a issue referencing this place to family and friends as a place to live.

Roach infected

It wouldn't hurt to have a little maintenance inside and out, the elevator, but in general it is very quiet, central and pleasant

Lived here a year and a half and now with the new management everything is great. Everyone at the office is really nice and helpful.

The property has changed so much in the past few years.  All the improvements look great.

Lived in a dozen different apartments in my life and this is by far the worst. Threatening notes on everybody's doors twice a month. Threatening to evict people for being mean to the staff?? Can you even do that?? Demanding lease compliance when they don't comply with the law. Landlord is a straight up fascist. Had roaches and ants and termites on day 1, no matter how clean I kept the apartment they never went away. They even threatened to evict me for a "missed payment" 8 months past on a prior lease but NEVER notified me of the alleged nonpayment; more likely they forgot to log my payment and decided to let enough time pass so they could retroactively blame me for "not paying rent" even though they renewed our lease! These people will not take care of you.

I love to live here I've been living here for 8 years. The people that complain and give one star it's because they do not like to follow Rules. Those that have roach issue are because they don't keep unit clean. The staff is great, never had any issue because I treat everyone with respect.
