Great location, neighbourly ambiance , well managed building and HOA finances in the best possible shape.

We have been at Carroll Walk for 12 years and love it!! The management staff is very attentive and friendly, the building is always clean and welcoming and the amenities are perfect. The close proximity to Kane Concourse, the beach and Surfside make it the perfect place to live.

Building is beautiful.  Units are spacious.  Views are great.  Big balconies.  Location is great.  amenities (docks, pool, gym) are great.

What an amazing place! I've lived here for a year and I love it. The views, the terrace, the neighbors, the staff, everything. It's the perfect combination of privacy and community life.

Spectacular views! Especially from penthouses. Super close to phenomenal restaurants, community centers and high end shopping at Bal Harbor.  Easy walk to the ocean and great beaches.  Love the common areas and vintage Florida style of the place.

I’ve been living in this condo association for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The management team is exceptional—always friendly, responsive, and proactive in addressing any concerns. The amenities are fantastic. The pool area is perfect for relaxing on warm days, and the fitness center is well-equipped, making it easy to stick to my workout routine. I also love the communal spaces, which foster a great sense of community among residents.
My unit is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, creating a comfortable and inviting home. The layout is perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying quiet evenings in.
The location is ideal—just steps away from shops, restaurants, and parks, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
