Casa Bella Apartments

Great place, near everything.

Dirty. No parking. Parking lot constantly floods. Security was a joke when they were there. Gates always broken. Laundry machines always broken. Mail boxes broken into. Cars stolen and broken into. On premise office is a joke. Jacqueline ignores residents. I lived there 4 or 5 years and have been gone for almost 3. I speak with and visit current residents, not much has changed they say.

Do not do it !!!!! Just no, the service is horrible, if you go to the office no one attends to you, you spend hours and hours and they don't open the door, DON'T DO IT

My sister lives there, I visit it a lot, they are doing a lot of repairs, it is much better,💖🤩

I have been without a/c unit for 3 consecutive days and still waiting.  And manager ( Alicia) doesn't have etic how to treat the customer

It is a terrible place to live, the elevators are broken, they don't have enough parking, everything is dirty, you call the managers and they don't answer you, they literally ignore you, they don't care about you at all, they have had me with a broken floor for three years and they don't care. They have repaired it, the parking lot is flooded, everything is a disaster, on top of that they break your things and they don't pay you like a ring camara that broke me cleaning the front of the apartment with pressurized water, I don't recommend anyone live in that place. The manager is very disrespectful. Maintaince is promised but never delivered. Noisy neighbors and you cannot have direct TV satellite not does AT&T internet reach bulding 4400 apt 431 which is mine. No parking ever. A lot of tampering with USPS mail which is a federal crime. It shows as regional instead of casa Bella apartments.
